About Tony Nudd BA MSc and ChunkMaps: semantic architecture for the agentic age, AI prompt engineering, multi-agent alignment, and improved human communication.

**Tony Nudd BA MSc** is the author and creator of

CHUNK

MAPS

-now positioned as **semantic architecture for the agentic age**: AI prompt engineering and cognitive framing for multi-agent systems, built on the hierarchical chunking method that has sharpened human communication and persuasion since 2002.

## ChunkMaps today

ChunkMaps bridges two layers of work that increasingly belong together:

- **Agentic Age:** AI prompt chaining frameworks, shared agent blackboards, and enterprise decision-making frameworks so multi-agent systems stay aligned instead of drifting.

- **v1 Improved Communication:** chunking up, down, and across so leaders, educators, and practitioners can persuade, teach, and decide with clarity.

## Background

Tony gained a Degree in Theology at Sheffield University, then a Masters in Computer Science. He is a Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and a member of the Australian Institute of Managers (AIM).

His background began in Business Process Management (BPM), progressed through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and now focuses on **Agentic Orchestration**-consulting across Europe, India, South Asia, and Australasia in banking, insurance, education, legal, and government settings.

Those projects demanded clear communication across cultures, knowledge levels, and mixed audiences. Chunk Maps grew from that pressure: origins in NLP and cognitive "chunks" (Herbert Simon), expanded into a reusable methodology for spoken and written communication-to one person or thousands.
